WHEN DID WE REALIZE SOMETHING NEEDED TO CHANGE?

Meet Chris and Adam. They are reliability engineers. This can be as boring as it sounds. But it can also be fun and interesting. The problem is that there are complex mathematics and statistics and science and other stuff involved.

But ... it doesn't have to be complicated. You just needed to know what you needed to do and when you needed to do it. You didn't need to know every equation or chart or textbook to do your job well. 

However, every course made it seem as if you DID need to relentlessly study everything. Not just the stuff you needed to know. And these courses were little more than someone reading from a textbook. Putting the onus on students to go away and study more and more until the penny finally dropped. If it ever did.

LANGUAGE FIRST - THEN MESSAGE

Teachers were focusing on what they wanted to say - not what the students needed to hear.

And they certainly didn't focus on how the students would like to hear it. So instead of teaching the 'same old stuff the same old way' - Chris and Adam started to sit down with people who needed something to be 'learned.' And worked out what really mattered. What were the crucial one or two things that students above all else needed to take away from a learning experience.

And they started crafting the teaching language. Always strategically working through the key parts of the message. And ... students started to enjoy themselves!

So this is what we do. We take the thing you need to be taught and work out the best way for it to be learned.

And we think we do this really well.

How do we do it? We have our own network of technical specialists and teachers. So we either know the subject matter - or we have enough understanding to work out how we need to teach whatever it is that needs to be taught.

 

And so with our own team we take care of EVERYTHING. Animations. Drawings. Actors. Instructors. We have a consistent aesthetic and style. We are practiced in it. So it works! And you and your team LEARN.
